I have been painting and decorating for over 20 yrs now,and it's something that i really enjoy doing .Having learnt the trade at college continuing on my journey throughout that time work with various companies and people i then decided to set up working for myself back in 2013.
Transforming people's homes or even offices into something better than what it was like before making the decorated area looking more up to date,refreshed and a nice place to be.
Just a simple colour change or re wallpapering is all a room needs ,your be surprised how little just a tin of emulsion and skills will go a long way.Transforming your house into a warm and inviting home.
Our 10 yrs tried and trusted process
Planning each job is always important so we always look to see How time on jobs can be saved and what the process is in completing that job, making the use of a dustless sander and using water based paints
- After all of the necessary preparation is done and all covering up of the surfaces is complete, we spray the first coat of emulsion on the walls.
- Spray the ceilings with two coats of emulsion (white or other colour).
- Spray all of the woodwork to a finish (satin) or hand brush if gloss.
- Roll the last coat of emulsion on the walls to a finish.
We can revert back to the roller for the walls and brush all of the woodwork if space is limited or it actually works out quicker and easier given the space available.
This all might seem pretty simple because it is,with good planning you cant go wrong.If lining paper the walls were to be introduced then the start of the preparation would change but this is nothing we can't handle.
